Surrey Nurturing Links offers a range of training programmes as well as a project management service for projects that fit within the aims of our charity. Our range of training programmes includes those from the national Family Links and HENRY (Health, Exercise and Nutrition for the Really Young) organisations as well as others of a bespoke nature.
We can help you provide workshops or training to meet the needs of your setting. Examples of bespoke training include the Family Partnership Model, Solution Focused Support and Behaviour Management as well as Cookery Leader Training for HENRY Group Facilitators. Bespoke workshops can also be provided for parents or schools to meet specific needs.
Our project management service includes both large and small projects. For example, we are commissioned by Surrey County Council to manage both Family Links and HENRY projects in Surrey, acting as Local Co-ordinator. Examples of other smaller projects include a volunteer Breastfeeding Peer Support training and programme in North West Surrey and Children’s Food Trust “Eat Better, Start Better” training for Early Years professionals.
